$750,000 × 1.00% = $7,500 a year, or about $625 a month.

Fees
What you pay, and what you get.
One published annual rate on the assets we manage. No commissions, no product sales, no account minimum. You should know what advice costs before your first meeting.
Portfolio management & planning
The fee schedule.
Tiered, so each rate applies only to the assets within its band. The more we manage for your household, the lower your overall rate.
| Assets we manage for your household | Annual rate |
|---|---|
| First $3,000,000 | 1.00% |
| Next $2,000,000 (from $3M to $5M) | 0.80% |
| Above $5,000,000 | 0.60% |
Fees are billed monthly in advance and deducted from your accounts. You may end the relationship at any time with written notice. Full terms, including how fees are calculated, are in our Form ADV Part 2A, which governs if anything here differs.
Worked examples
How the math works.
$2,000,000 × 1.00% = $20,000 a year, or about $1,667 a month.
$3,000,000 × 1.00% + $1,000,000 × 0.80% = $38,000 a year, an effective 0.95%.

Business retirement plans
Retirement-plan consulting is quoted per plan, based on the size and scope of the engagement, and set out in a written agreement. Learn about retirement-plan consulting.
Questions
About fees.
How are you paid?
We are fee-only. Perfetta Capital is paid by clients through a published annual advisory fee based on the assets we manage, billed monthly. We do not earn commissions on anything we recommend, so our advice isn’t tied to selling a product. Full terms are in our Form ADV Part 2A.
Is there an account minimum?
No. There is no minimum account size to open or keep an advisory account with us. What matters more is fit: we do our best work for families who want a written plan and a disciplined, long-term portfolio.
Where is my money held?
Your accounts stay in your name at an independent custodian, Altruist or Charles Schwab. Perfetta Capital directs the investments but never takes possession of your money. You can log in and see balances, activity and statements at any time.
How hard is it to move my accounts?
Less work than most people expect. Once you decide to go ahead, we prepare the paperwork and handle the transfer requests with your current firm. Transfers are typically done in kind where possible, and we’ll talk through any tax consequences before anything is sold.
